Buyers & Sellers
We specialize in distressed assets. If you are interested in buying or selling a distressed asset (such as distressed Property, Non-performing Note or REO), please fill out our Buyer Questionnaire or Seller Questionnaire.
We partner with investors in our network to purchase distressed assets from Banks, other Private Lending Institutions and Private Sellers who need to liquidate these debts.
If the distressed asset we purchase from a bank is a non-performing Note, we may hold the Note or flip it for quick profit. Our goal is to purchase the Note from the bank, then work with the borrower/current property owner to restructure their loan so they may keep the property, refinance the loan in a short period of time and pay us off. If this is not possible, the owner may choose to relinquish the property to us (Deed in lieu of foreclosure). In some of these cases, the owner is able to walk away with cash.
If we purchase an REO from a bank, we will either purchase the property, rehab it if necessary, stabilize it and hold it for cash flow or flip the property for a quick profit, selling it to the next investor/buyer at a below market price.
If we purchase a distressed asset from a private seller we can work with their lender to come up with a solution that works for all parties.
